Thin Air Adventure Team has designed this family tour with the Everest trekking in such a way that you will have both experience of having amazing panorama of the highest peak of the world and also to offer you amazing time for exploring the diverse culture and lifestyles of various ethnic groups residing in the mountainous region, mostly Sherpa and also those living the plain land, Tharu in Chitan and also have opportunity to explore endangered animals, birds on the back of elephant and jeep ride in Chitwan.
In this trip, you will first have a tour in Kathmandu valley, once said to have been the big lake. Where, you will have tour to seven world heritage sites namely Bhaktapur durbar square, Patan durbar square, Kathmandu durbar square, Pasupatinath temple, Shoyambhunath , Bouddhanath and Changunarayan, as per availability of time and then you will have short flight to Lukla, during the flight you will have amazing mountain views of a range of mountains located to the east right from the time being your flight in Kathmandu up until you reach at Lukla, including the amazing views of the world´s highest peaks, the Mt. Everest, 8,848 m. After landing at Lukla you will continue your trekking to Namche Bazaar in order to have closer views of the Mt. Everest and the other adjoining mountains in the region. You will also have time to explore around Namche and spend a day or one night and have time to explore the lifestyle of Buddhist culture that Sherpa ethnic groups follow and their unique lifestyles and after exploring all, you will retrace back to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu and have a short drive to Chitwan, the popular place for conservation, where there is also located a national park, titled Chitwan National. You will explore varied range of endangered animals and birds on elephant back or jeep ride and also go for boating or bird watching tour and finally after exploring all the area, you will retrace back to Kathmandu.
