Annapurna Siklis Trek is one of the shortest and most loved trekking destinations in north western Nepal. It is one of the popular and frequently organized trekking trips in Annapurna region. Siklis trekking is also popular as royal trekking, because the British prince Charles had trekking to Siklis back in 1980s in course of visiting the ground of Britis soldiers. Although this is one of the picturesque trails has remained in shadow, but in recent days, the trip to Siklis region has been of the most loved and demanded primarily among those who wish to explore the settlement of famed British soldier who had fought in the world´s famous wars first and second world war and those who wish to explore the ecology, diverse flora and fauna. The route passes through the terraced field as if beautifully carved, providing awesome views of incredible landscapes.
Annapurna Siklis trekking begins with a short drive from Pokhara to Lekhnath alongside of Begnas Tal (lake) and continue hiking to Baral along with the Madi Khola. Subsequently, to Chymarang and finally you will reach at well preserved Siklis (1,980 m) through the Gurung villages. Throughout the trail, you will have amazing views of the Himalayas and diverse natural wonders, after having excursion around the Siklis and exploring the areas, you will head up to Hoga subsequently head up to Chipli, Burijung Khola, Bharaburi and then to Chisopani and finally get back to Pokhara subsequently to Kathmandu.
