Upper Mustang Trek is one another popular trekking located in the western part of Nepal and northern part of Annapurna region at Nepal Tibet border, therefore this trekking offers you an opportunity to explore the splendid views of the mountains primarily of Annapurna and Mt. Dhaulagiri Himalayan range. Upper Mustang tea house trek package is one of the least explored, mysterious, and popular for exploring its weird wonders. The trek to Lo Mangthang passes through treeless barren, charming settlement of Gurung, Thakali, Sherpa and various other ethnic groups, therefore, you will also have an opportunity to explore the blend of culture, unique rituals and lifestyle of those ethnic groups, have wonderful photographs of splendid landscapes, Buddhist monasteries, nunneries, shrines whole around the Mustang. Mustang is regarded to be the last Shangri la, the forbidden kingdom, and also the little Tibet, as because mustang has been able to preserve the unique rituals and lifestyle of Tibet intact because of its isolation. 

One of the attractions of Mustang trekking is Lo Mangthang valley, it is an ancient capital city, built of white washed mud bricks and teeming with Buddhist prayer wheels and stupas, seeming to arise from the earth itself. Similarly, Kagbeni is another attraction, it is a quaint medieval town nestled in apple orchards and encircled by snow capped mountains. 

Upper Mustang trekking begins with a short flight from Pokhara to Jomsom  or after short drive to Nayapool and   trail continues along the small villages, terraced hillsides, rhododendron and bamboo forests and you will have excursion around Ghorapani and Poon Hill in order to have splendid views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna. Then the trial continues to Kali Gandaki river valley and finally takes you to upper Mustang and after making an excursion around, you will descend down to Muktinath—the famous temples and pilgrimage sites for both Buddhist and Hindu Temple after  will walk  down to Jomsom via kaligandaki valley  and then fly back to Pokhara subsequently to Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrival in Katmandu (1334m), transfer Hotel and wel come diner.

Day 02: Kathmandu Pokhara by fly/drive.

Day 03: Pokhara Jomsom flight & Trek to Kagbeni, O/N camp, enter the Restricted Area

Day 04: Kagbeni Chele.

Day 05: Chele Geling.

Day 06: Geling Tsarang.

Day 07: Charang Lo Manthang.

Day 08: Lo Manthang Excursion day.

Day 09: Lo Manthang Ghami via Gekar.

Day 10: Ghami Samar.

Day 11: Samar Kagbeni – Exit Restricted Area

Day 12: Kagbeni to Jomsom.

Day 13: Fly from Jomsom to Pokhara about 25 minutes

Day 14: Drive or Fly back to Kathmandu

Day 15: Departure to home
