The meditation is an art of living, which yields a complete relaxation of mental and spiritual aspects of the life. Meditation refreshes your inner zeal so that you will ultimately feel enlightened, far from the metaphysical world. The medication will help you explore within you. Meditation has been been popular in recent days and there are a number of prominent medication centers all across the country. For instance, Nepal Vipassana Centre which runs ten day courses on meditation. The participants follow the strict routine throughout the course. The daily meditation at this center begins at 4.30 am in the morning and silence is kept for the entire ten days. If you are wishing to visit to this center, register your name at the Center´s Kathmandu office, located in the courtyard of Jyoti Bhawan, in Kantipath. The courses are run from the donation given by participants and well wishers.


Kathmandu Buddhist Centre is another center in Kathmandu which holds introductory talks in Buddhism several times a week during the tourist seasons. It also conducts one day courses in Buddhism and two day meditation workshops at its premises next door to Hotel Ganesh Himal, about 200 m south and then west of Chhetrapati Chowk, overnight retreats at Nagarkot, and five day residential courses in Patan.
Mahayana Buddhist Himalayan Yogic Institute located in Baluwater is another spot which conducts regular evening meditations and weekly dharma teachings and hosts a revolving schedule of day long workshops and courses in Tibetan Buddhist meditation and related Tibetan arts. The center is affiliated with Kapan monastery, north of Boudha. This center owns a library and meditation room, offers seven to ten day meditation courses during the autumn and spring.


Asheesh Osho Meditation Centre in Tahachal and its branch in Lazimpat conduct one hour dynamic meditation sessions every morning. They are open to all and the fee is charged in the form of a donation.
Similarly, Osho Tapoban Forest Retreat Centre is another spot for meditation, which is located at the north of Nagarjun forest. There are occasional retreats as well as daily meditations and discourses. Osho Tapoban has its city office near Ghantaghar, the clock tower in Kamaladi.
 

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Up on arrival at the international airport in the Kathmandu you will be picked up by our airport representative and transfer to the hotel.

Day 02: Full day in Kathmandu

Today an early morning driver will pick you up from hotel for 01 hrs scenic Mt Everest Experience flight. Back to hotel for breakfast, after breakfast your guide will take you to the day sightseeing tours to Swayambhunath Stupa, Patan Surbar Square, Pashupatinath Stupa and Bouddhanath Stupa. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Full day in Kathmandu Today after breakfast, drive to Monastery for Meditation course.

Days 6: Full day in Lumbini

After breakfast, we begin the trip by driving away, 27km west of Lumbini; visit the important archaeological site, Tilaurkot, the ancient palace of King Suddodha (Siddhartha Gautam´s father), where the Buddha spent his formative years as a Shakya Prince. Allow yourself for a moment to wander around and soak the atmosphere. There´s a museum nearby, The Kapilvastu Museum; the pottery, jewelry and ornaments are gathered in house. End up the remarkable tour in Tilaurkot by visiting the shrines, monasteries and stupa near the sacred garden. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Full day in Lumbini

Day 08: Full day in Lumbini Meditation course

Day 09: Drive to Chitwan National Park

Today after breakfast, drive to Chitwan National Park. On arrival you have lunch and refreshment than you start some of the safari activities. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Full day in Chitwan National Park

Full Day Jungle activities include jungle safari on elephant back, nature walks, jungle drive, canoe ridge and bird watching in the park having 360 sq. miles of tall grassland and thick forests. We will attempt to search out some of the elusive animals of the Terai, and with the skill of the fully will encounter the one horned Rhino, various types of deer, boar and leopard and if we are very fortunate the elusive tiger. Later on this evening you will be able to watch Tharu Cultural Dance. Stay over night at the hotel.

Day 11: Drive back to Kathmandu

Today in the morning you will have one of the safari activities before the breakfast then after breakfast you will drive back to Kathmandu through the scenic countryside. Stay over night at the hotel.
